History
The first residents moved into their apartments in mid-2005, with full code of compliance issued in October 2005 when the upper floors were occupied.
Our management
A Body Corporate Secretary is contracted to manage the Body Corporate administration.
A Building Manager is contracted to ensure compliance matters are attended to and to maintain the building’s infrastructure and fabric to a high standard.
A commercial cleaner is contracted to clean the common areas and undertake other contracted remedial activities.
