Body Corporate Rules

The Body Corporate Rules are a legal document that state specific conditions.  The rules contain such things as presentation of apartments to the exterior (residents must not hang clothes on balconies or from windows) to the number of BCC members that make up a quorum (3) in order to move, second, and vote on decisions.  Legal ramifications can follow if Owners and/or Residents breach the rules.
